INTERVAL TRAINING-THURSDAY 8TH AUGUST

Ok so this evening our head coach Josh is away on his jollies and I unfortunately will not be able to hold the session.
I hope some of you will still head down to the track and perhaps complete one of the below programmes:-

Programme for October marathon contenders:
1. 1.6 km (3 laps) warm-up, and then 1 lap integrating dynamic stretching
2. 6.4 km (16 laps) at a speed 10% faster than your intended marathon pace.
3. 1.6 km (4 laps) warm-down Stretching led by L2 SG

Or non marathon contenders:-

1. 1.6 km (3 laps) warm-up, and then 1 lap integrating dynamic stretching
2. 1.6 km (4 laps) at a speed 10% faster than your 5km pace 0.4 km (1 lap) recovery jog carry out steps 2 and 3 FOUR (4) times
3.1.6 km (4 laps) warm-down Stretching led by L2 SG
