Three Molehills – last remaining places

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

If, like an increasing number of people nowadays, you enjoy gradients, inclines, steps and altitude differentials, then you will almost certainly want to register for this year’s Three Molehills race at Denbies.
Although only 22 km, it affords recreational runners the highly prized opportunity to enjoy a pleasant ascent to the top of Box Hill, followed by a gentle climb up to Norbury Park and then a wildly nice out-and-back leg along the North Downs Way to Ranmore.
Runners may also compete in teams of three: this will require a measure of organisation – if you wish to be part of a team, please leave a comment below (online version only).
Barnes Runners’ performance at Denbies events over the last few years has been thrillingly adequate: indeed, our “Women” and our “Over-50s” are frequently helped up onto the podium at the end of such events as the “Bacchus” or the “Badger”. Do please consider playing your part in maximizing our chances of podiuming in this November’s race.
Only a few precious days remain within which to register. Do so before October is bundled back into its box by clicking here.
