Dorking 10 miler Results- Round 3 of Surrey Road Race League


dorking startOn a beautiful Sunday morning in the shadow of Box Hill, Barnes Runners had a great representation at the Dorking Ten Miler, with no fewer than 13 Barnes Runners (8 Men, 5 ladies) taking part.   After a quiet couple of warm up rounds, this was a bit more like it from Barnes!

A particular congratulations to a few runners:

  1. Paul Cheetham who clocked up a 57.27 and came 7th overall, as well as 2nd in the V40 category
  2. Simon Dancinger continues his push for a top ten season finish in the v50 with a 14th spot in this category with a 1.08.01 (closely tailed by David Cornock in 1.08.50)
  3. Big congratulations to Laura Brun, who completed her first EVER race of any sort, jumping in at the deep end!
