YOGA FOR SPORTS TONIGHT AT 7PM

Happy Monday Barnes.

Well done if you were dashing the splash or heartbreaking yesterday!

Are you training for your spring marathon and starting to feel a little bit tight? Injured perhaps and not able to pound the streets ATM.

Come and join for a energetic vinyasa practice. Tonight the class will be focused around building strength in the core and the glutes helping to stay strong and injury free. With some fun headstand prep to finish off.
