TRAINING

The club organises three runs per week from Rose House. On Sunday mornings, we meet at 9.45am for a 10am departure (marathon trainers generally organise longer runs meeting at 8.55am). We meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7pm for a 7.15pm departure at the Rose House, 70 Barnes High Street, SW13 9LD. On the first and third Sundays of each month we run in Richmond Park, meeting at Roehampton Gate at 9.45am for a 10am departure. In the summer we organise some track sessions at 7pm on the 400metre AAA approved track at Barn Elms, off Queen Elizabeth’s Walk, Barnes.
